Free 3D printable parts from the Redcat Racing Engineering Team
Phoenix, Arizona, January 7, 2019 – Redcat Racing the premier source for quality gas, nitro and electric powered RC vehicles, today announced that the company is offering Free 3-D printed parts files for some of their vehicles.
Redcat has been releasing a lot of exciting products lately, like the Redcat Racing Everest Gen7 Sport, the Everest Gen7 Pro and the all new Gen8 International Harvester Scout II Rallye Edition scale crawlers. These scale crawlers offer amazing performance and value. While Redcat is proud to offer such great vehicles at unbelievably low prices, they’ve decided to challenge their engineering team to add additional value for the user community. This resulted in releasing FREE 3D printable parts files to anyone who wants to print custom parts and accessories from their home!
You can find these free downloads on the Redcat Engineering Thingiverse webpage. Once on the Redcat page, you’ll have access to an ever increasing library of free custom parts for your Redcat Racing vehicles.

About the Gen8 International Scout II
The Gen8 International Scout II is the first fully original Redcat vehicle, designed and developed, in entirety, in the U.S.A. The Gen8 includes high end features like portal axles, front and rear CNC machined spools, divorced transfer case, adjustable wheelbase, licensed International Scout II body with a rigid mounting system, 1.5mm C-Channel chassis frame rails, aluminum threaded shocks, precision steering with panhard bar and proper ackerman angle, licensed Interco Super Swamper tires with 1.9 beadlock rims, LED ready headlight and taillight buckets, rubber sealed ball bearings, and a 61º approach angle.
The Gen8 went through strenuous beta testing before its release, with the help of the RC community, and is one capable rig. With its great performance characteristics, high quality parts, and low price point, the Gen8 RTR vehicle is already an incredible value.

Gen8 printable parts
Some of the Gen8 printable files include headlight adapters, skid plate lock nut block, electronics relocation brackets, accessory plates, alternate battery brackets, and fan mounts for those who want to upgrade their power system.
Gen7 printable parts
The Gen7 printable files include body modifications, body accessories, automated FPV camera mount, gear covers, servo plate, bumper mounts, and more.
