I have by now 4 Red Cat RC’s, the two Electric are trouble free from day one.
The two Nitro’s are the opposite, I have the Shockwave and Earthquake 3.5,
with a learning curve for newbies (thanks to a lot of resources like youtube . . etc.) I believe I got the Shockwave working appreciatively.
The Earthquake 3.5 is the right size I want but very hard to make it to work.
A lot of things to learn and do, hard to start and if I get it to start it bogs-down. The place I bought this is quite a drive from my place and went there twice, Can’t really expect much since he is also busy with other customers having issues.
So is there a known issue with this engine, I’m spending my days-off trying to start my Earthquake rather than having some fun. Would the Avalance would be the samesituation?
I’m thinking also to go for broke and try the Rampage MT v3, seems a lot easier to run (Spark plugs is less money compared to Glow Plugs wich I burn a few already/ my fault actually). And ofcorce the price of the fuel, but reading the forums of the Rampage spells troubles too.
